The horizontally tempered glass is a kind of safety glass, which is heated to about 700 degrees centigrade to form compressive stress on its surface, and then uniformly quenched on its surface. According to the degree of treatment, it can be divided into fully tempered glass and semi tempered glass. The broken fragments of semi tempered glass by external impact are similar to ordinary annealed glass, but the strength coefficient is twice that of ordinary annealed glass. Under the condition of the same thickness, the impact strength of fully tempered glass surface is 5 times higher than that of ordinary annealed glass. The characteristics of tempered glass are: 1. High impact resistance makes it not easy to break or hurt people. Good thermal shock resistance enables it to resist 200 degrees of temperature difference.
